Great little dark bar with great pizza. Had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was great. Get ready for some ranch dressing and hot sauce!
This place is unbelievable. I always come in in order the exact same thing when I sit at the bar. It’s a chicken sandwich called The Derailer… and it’s the “CRACK” of baked poultry sandwiches. I could write a love song about this meal and the honey mustard they make in house. But nothing is better than the warm feeling you get when the owners say hello to you by name. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Miami Valley without question. Five star service all day long!! A MUST STOP if you’re ever in Downtown Dayton! (The Oregon District)

I strongly suggest trying the pretzels topped with Swiss cheese, and don't miss out on the OE pizza on its crispy crunchy thin crust if it's your first visit to the pizzeria. Their old fashioned and various beers are a good way to liven things up. Enjoy live music on Friday nights in a space that's bustling yet not too packed. A wonderful place all around. I stayed in the front, but there was plenty of other sit-down dining further back, and they also hast live venues sometimes. The food is made to order and is absolutely delicious. The drink variety is great and is continually expanding. The service was efficient and friendly and the cost was much cheaper than I expected.
The pizza was insanely good, every bite full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The karaoke had great energy, awesome music, and everyone was just having a blast the whole night.
I went for Baes Bakery's decorate your own cake class and had a blast! Cake eas tasty and home made, Alisha the owner was fantastic, and i left with a cool self decorated, self carved heart shaped cake!
In a city full of great pizza options, Oregon Express is top five! Cozy little bar, plenty of drink options, a friendly staff, and a chill vibe. And it's just a couple minutes' walk from the Dayton Convention Center. For an easy night out, you can grab pizza and drinks at Oregon Express, then jog down Fifth St. and see any number of the other great stores, bars, and kitchens. Can't go wrong!
Wife was craving pizza and wanted to switch it up from our usual local chain, so we decided to try Oregon Express for the first time. Walking in, we honestly had no idea what to order, so we went with one of their specialty pizzas — the Chicken Sriracha. Thin crust, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crisp. No flop, no burn — nailed it. My wife didn’t say a single word while eating, which is usually the best compliment possible. The restaurant was clean, the wait time was very reasonable, and the customer service was on point from start to finish. Cold IPA on tap to go with it… can’t really ask for more than that. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. 🍕🍺
Stopped in for lunch while in town for a basketball tournament, and y’all let me tell you this place is sooooo good. Sarah was an amazing bar tender! So much fun and felt like we were talking to an old friend. Also Maeve in the kitchen crushed it with our pizza! I live an hour away and will absolutely come back because this place is a 12/10, from the food to the people and the vibes all around ☺️
Visited on a Saturday evening and restaurant was busy with no wait for seating. There was a band in the back room for a cover fee or sit near the bar area. We chose to sit near the bar area and the service was excellent. We ordered kettle chips with pickle dip, Caprese and Sriracha pizzas with a salad. Pizzas were made well with a cracker crust and toppings went well with those two pizzas. Would recommend the pizza if in the area.
